Dr. Dongjin (DJ) Seo — Co-Founder & President, Neuralink
for the HRW Bio-Neuro Space Island Lab Initiative
Human civilization stands at the intersection of two revolutions: the neurotechnology revolution, which is rewiring our relationship with the human mind, and the space age revolution, which is extending humanity's reach beyond the Earth.
Neither revolution can succeed alone. A space colony that cannot maintain the mental health, physical accessibility, and cognitive resilience of its inhabitants will fail. A neurotechnology ecosystem that cannot extend its benefits to the most isolated and vulnerable — whether disability patients on Earth or crew members on Mars — has not yet fulfilled its purpose.
Hope Rising World's Bio-Neuro Space Island Lab is the bridge. We invite Dr. Dongjin Seo — inventor of Neural Dust, co-founder of Neuralink, and one of the world's foremost neurotechnologists — to become the founding Neuro Science Architect of a project that will define what human dignity means in the age of space civilization.
